Craft fayre of wonderment

In April, I went to a craft fayre and met with my lovely friend from Carlisas crafts, Dorset. We had a great day and I was quite well behaved actually with what I bought, henceforth, photographic evidence, oh by the way, the furry guy is Maurice, from Canada :)

Ok so I freely admit I have been somewhat rubbish lately, apologies for that, I have been very busy in the garden getting things straight and since retiring at 33, have been doing some temporary work, which has tired me out and kept me busy. I have been working on a few things, here is the bag that I made after my birthday in March, sorry it has been so long :S I have done lots of crafty bits lately, will share pics after the bag pics :) made from the kit I had for my birthday.

Hey!!! I had some awesome stuff for my birthday, look.......will keep me busy for a while, and of course I will post pictures of my finished creations, not done a lot on the creativity side of things lately, well not that I can post this side of mothers day anyway, plus I've done a wedding card too, again, cant show it until after the weekend, but next Monday maybe :)

Yes, I know, I can't crochet, well not yet, but once I leave my job, I will maybe go to a local craft club and e shown how to do it :)

 I'm really looking forward to making my bag :) fun, and I get to use the sewing machine for something other than taking up my trousers because I am vertically challenged :)

I really want to make the dude on the right, he is so cool lol.

February already!!!

Man, so much has been going on lately, Ive barely had the time to actually sit and do stuff, well its not the time, its having the focus to do it. My best friend had an early baby girl last week, so currently I am working on something special for them. I hope to have it finished in the next few days, I will add pictures when I'm done. I have also obtained a bag of orphan socks so hopefully will be able to make more creatures very soon, some of them are toes socks so should be very exciting, yayyyyyyyy cant wait to have the time, will take a while :S But, I did have some exciting news, a friend who works for the BBC likes my photos, which was a huge huge huge huge compliment :) Could be the start of something very special for the future, some extra pennies :).
